Amazing right? We know 🙂 All our items are backed by our 6 month warranty. However, screen protectors and skins comes with a lifetime warranty! Any and all products with an applicable manufacturers warranty will still be covered. An exchange or in-store-credit will be issued within 14 days for returns. At the time, we only ship to Canadian addresses for video games, but are looking to expand to the United States and internationally. There is worldwide shipping available for cell phone and tablet accessories, video game skins/protectors, and business supplies, unless otherwise specified.
Kindly Note: At this time we do not ship to remote locations. A remote location or Air Stage Office is a Post Office to or from which all mail must be airlifted for more than six (6) months of every year as a viable surface transportation alternative is not available. These offices are generally confined to remote or isolated communities.

- 100% satisfaction guarantee refers to cellphone and tablet accessories where you will be fully refunded if you are not satisfied with the item. This specific refund will be back in the method of payment.
- For price matching, please place your order and click on contact us. Submit your name, email, and phone number with the competitor’s link. Please note that price matches apply after the competitor’s shipping price(s).
- Pre-order bonuses will only be attainable if the game is pre-ordered. Once it is past the release date, you may not receive it.
- If we have to cancel your order for ANY reason, a $5.00 cancellation fee will apply.
- SaugaGamers reserves the right to amend any information without prior notice.

By placing an order at SaugaGamers, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old (or have parents’ permission to buy from us) and accept these terms & conditions which shall apply to all orders placed or to be placed at SaugaGamers for the sale and supply of any products. None of these terms & conditions affect your statutory rights. No other terms or changes to the terms & conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing signed by us.
All personal information you provide us with or that we obtain will be handled by SaugaGamers as responsible for the personal information. The personal information you provide will be used to ensure deliveries to you, the credit assessment, to provide offers and information on our catalog to you. The information you provide is only available to SaugaGamers and will not be shared with other third parties. You have the right to inspect the information held about you. You always have the right to request SaugaGamers to delete or correct the information held about you. By accepting the SaugaGamers Conditions, you agree to the above.
Events outside SaugaGamers’s control, which is not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered force majeure, meaning that SaugaGamers is released from SaugaGamers’s obligations to fulfill contractual agreements. Example of such events are government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes or lack of delivery from suppliers. The force majeure also includes government decisions that affect the market negatively and products, for example, restrictions, warnings, ban, etc.

At the event of when a product is sold out, SaugaGamers has the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid in the best way. SaugaGamers shall also notify the customer of equivalent replacement products if available.
Our Return Policy in short:
- Contact SaugaGamers before returning any items.
- You can return the product(s) within 14 days of delivery.
- The product(s) must be in its original condition (at time of sale).
- The product(s) must not be physically damaged or tampered with.
- The product(s) listed as non-refundable, final sale, or as-is cannot be returned.
- The product(s) removed from its plastic wrap will not be accepted.
- To avoid any Customs charges please clearly mark the package ‘RETURNED GOODS’.

- If a package is unclaimed you might have to pay a handling fee.
- Return shipping is FREE for almost all items, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for more info.
- Digital delivery items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
- If your order is cancelled for ANYreason, you will be charged a $5.00 cancellation fee.

It is appropriate that the consumer controls the delivery to verify that this is accurate and error free. At the complaint, the customer contacts SaugaGamers and gives information relevant and the reason for complaint.
You can return the product within 14 days of delivery. The product must be in brand new condition. If the product is ruined or used the product shall not be refunded. Make sure to include contact information with the return and if possible, please provide us with a tracking number. SaugaGamers suggests you get a receipt and a package ID for the return from the delivery service, as it makes it easier to follow the return shipment if needed.
SaugaGamers will make a refund of eligible returns. You will be refunded store credit and not cash for most* purchases. The easiest way is to e-mail it to us along with a brief description of your case.
*Please note that deposits, digital products, and headphones/headsets are non-refundable.
Returning A Package
If a returned item is shipped international, please clearly mark the package ‘RETURNED GOODS’, to avoid any Customs charges. SaugaGamers is NOT responsible for any return Customs charges made. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

If the product is lost or you, upon receiving, notice that the item has been damaged during transport, you should immediately report this to us.
For packages that are not cashed at your post office within 14 days, SaugaGamers reserves the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping and freight companies’ administrative costs.
